Product Notes

1. Redesigned seals and trunnion shaft to extend bearing life.

   

   Triple-lip seals and a stainless steel sleeve around the trunnion shaft, deliver the strongest line of defense in protecting bearings from any damaging effects of moisture.

2. Redesigned door handle and lock mechanism.

   

   Speed Queens's door handle is ergonomically designed for ease of operation, while its locking mechanism is extremely reliable reducing the risk of alignment problems and door-lock error codes. The control also features a positive locking indicator.

3. A four-compartment supply dispenser.

   

   A new four-compartment supply dispenser saves time, offers a temperature fill and eliminates over-sudsing conditions. Customers can add two detergents, bleach and softener, all at the beginning of the cycle.

4. A maximum G-Force extract of 140 is an available option on all Quantum™ Silver and Gold Washer-Extractors.

   

   On a typical 30 lb washer, the 140 G-Force spin speed can remove an extra 1/2 gallon of water from the load. By choosing washers with this higher spin speed, you can move customers through your store faster, and cut your gas usage by as much as 15%.

5. Standard PC & PDA programming capability on all Quantum™ Silver and Gold Washer-Extractors.

   

   Allows for simple and accurate programming of your controls. Manual programming a new or rehabbed store can be time consuming and error prone. With Quantum™ Coin Software, you can preset your control program on a PC or PDA and then accurately download your custom cycles and vends into your machines in minutes, instead of hours.

6. More secure and higher capacity coin vaults.

   

   Coin vaults offer the highest level of security with no pry points and rugged top covers and locks. In addition, 40, 60 and 80 lb capacities have increased coin capacities to accommodate the higher vend price these models command.

Becoming a Gold Medal Certified store carries additional value for owners, giving them that added peace of mind that comes from an extended, 5-year warranty period for all equipment. Gold Medal certification includes a review of store blueprints, inspection of the construction site and installation as well as an inspection of equipment operation. Once all inspections have been satisfactorily completed, the store is Gold Medal Certified.
