• Come in 120 lb and 170 lb capacities
• Large Load Capacity. Large 49.7 cu. ft. (1,407.5 liters) capacity cylinder holds 170 lb (77 kg) load and 36.1 cu. ft. (1,022 liters) capacity cylinder holds 120 lb (54 kg) load. Both are large enough to tumble loads loosely, allowing free air movement for thorough drying. The cylinder is made of galvanized steel with smooth perforations to protect the most delicate fabrics.

• High-Performance Heat System. Instantaneous ignition of the burner helps achieve the desired temperature quickly and efficiently. Heat is distributed evenly, drying time is reduced, and energy is saved. This special heat system uses radiant heat from the stove top to preheat intake air before it enters the combustion chamber. The results are increased energy efficiency, faster drying times, and a comfortable operating environment.
• Optional Reversing Cylinder preventing tangles in large loads. Now sheets, blankets, and other oversized items stay separated and dry evenly.

• Optional C.A.R.E. (Combustion Auto Response Equipped) System. Speed Queen's C.A.R.E. system provides some peace of mind in the unlikely event of a laundry fire within the cylinder. This feature senses for an abnormally high temperature within the cylinder of the dryer. If a laundry fire should start within the cylinder, water is sprayed on the linens from a multi-port manifold to saturate the load. If the system is activated, a warning signal can be sent to a remote location. The externally mounted C.A.R.E. System features multiple sensors and two water valves to assure accurate performance.

  Fully Programmable Electronic Control
  The MicroMaster2 tumblers feature an automatic drying cycle, or time dry. As automatic cycle reaches the appropriate dryness level, the tumbler begins the cool down process. Automatic dry cycles have factory-set dryness levels; other settings can be created. Operators can save frequently used settings as custom cycles. Fabric type also can be a cycle selection. Preset temperatures for various fabrics simplify drying. Indicator lights inform user of cycle status. The Special Cycle specifies the number and temperature of heating cycles and allows user to select cycle frequency from heat-on to heat-off.
  Dual Digital Timer Control
  The dual digital timer control models enable operators to set drying time (0-60 minutes), cool down time (1-15 minutes), and temperature (High, Medium, Low, No Heat). Features include one-touch cycle repeat, automatic extended tumble, and large digital time countdown display.
